摘 要:目的:观察多学科协作诊疗模式(MDT)联合小班授课模式对整形外科实习医生理论与实际操作能力的影响,以期为临床科室教学提供参考。方法:研究对象选自2016年1月至2023年12月来广东省梅州市人民医院整形外科实习的嘉应医学院临床医学五年制实习医生共计60名,根据所采取的教学模式不同进行分组,将其中采取常规教学模式的30名实习医生纳入常模组,采取MDT联合小班授课模式的30名实习医生纳入研究组,对比两组的专业考试成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果:研究组理论考试成绩、临床病例分析考试成绩均高于常模组(P<0.05)。研究组教学效果优于常模组(P<0.05)。研究组教学总满意度高于常模组(P<0.05)。结论:与既往常规教学模式相比,MDT联合小班授课模式有利于提高整形外科实习医生的考试成绩,教学效果更理想,同时能提高实习医生对教学的满意度,建议在临床科室教学中推广实施。Objective:To observe the impact of the multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)mode in combination with small-class teaching on the theoretical and practical abilities of plastic surgery interns,in order to provide reference for clinical department teaching.Methods:A total of 60 plastic surgery interns from January 2016 to December 2023 in Meizhou People's Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected and divided into a normal group and a study group according to different teaching modes.The normal group adopted conventional teaching mode,while the study group adopted MDT combined small-class teaching mode,with 30 students in each group.The professional exam scores,teaching effect,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical test scores and clinical case analysis test scores of the study group were higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).The teaching effect of the study group was better than that of the normal group(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional teaching mode,the MDT combined with the small-class teaching mode is beneficial for enhancing the exam scores of plastic surgery interns,and the teaching effect is more ideal.Meanwhile,it is beneficial for improving the teaching satisfaction of plastic surgery interns.It is recommended to promote it in clinical department teaching.
