中医推拿联合中药热敷在小儿肌性斜颈护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:以小儿肌性斜颈患儿为研究对象,予以中医推拿联合中药热敷干预,评估护理效果。方法:将82例小儿肌性斜颈患儿以随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组加用中医推拿联合中药热敷护理,全面比对两组效果。结果:干预后观察组在多个评估指标上均显著优于对照组:肿块厚度与双侧胸锁乳突肌长度更小(P<0.05);临床症状(包括颈部活动、颈肌紧张、头部倾斜及面部对称性)评分更优(P<0.05);颈部患侧的旋转与侧屈活动度更大(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿联合中药热敷可改善患儿颈部功能,提升旋转与侧屈活动度,缩小肿块及胸锁乳突肌长度,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress intervention on children with muscular torticollis.Methods:82 children with muscular torticollis were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a double-blind method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress care.The effects of the two groups were comprehensively compared.Results:After intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in multiple evaluation indexes:the thickness of the tumor and the length of the bilateral sternocleidomastoid muscles were smaller(P<0.05).The clinical symptom scores were better,including neck movement,neck muscle tension,head tilt,and facial symmetry(P<0.05).The rotation and lateral flexion range of motion on the affected side of the neck were greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can improve the neck function of children,enhance rotation and lateral flexion range of motion,reduce the length of lumps and sternocleidomastoid muscles,and improve the quality of life.
