基于ERAS的萧氏双C护理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究基于快速康复护理(ERAS)的萧氏双C护理在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期的应用。方法:遴选2021年1月—2023年8月盐城市第三人民医院南院收治的拟行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者60例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为控制组(n=30,给予常规护理干预)和ERAS组(n=30,给予基于ERAS的萧氏双C护理)。观察两组患者肠胃功能恢复、并发症发生情况、负性情绪及护理满意度。结果:干预后,ERAS组肠胃功能恢复指标、负性情绪各项评分均显著优于控制组,ERAS组护理满意度高于控制组(P<0.05);干预期间,ERAS组并发症发生率低于控制组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:基于ERAS的萧氏双C护理可显著促进腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生,缓解负性情绪。Objective:To explore the application of Xiao's double C nursing based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:60 patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomy at the South Branch of Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30,receiving routine nursing intervention)and an ERAS group(n=30,receiving ERAS-based Xiao’s double C nursing)using a random number table method.Gastrointestinal function recovery,complications,negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:After intervention,the indexes of gastrointestinal function recovery and scores of negative emotions in ERAS group were significantly better than those in control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than those in control group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the incidence of complications in ERAS group was lower than that in control group,but the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xiao's double-C nursing based on ERAS can significantly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of complications,relieve the negative emotions in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.
