琥珀酸亚铁片联合黄脊益肾续骨合剂治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效  

Clinical Effect of Ferrous Succinate Tablet combined with Huangjiyishenxugu Mixture in the Treatment of Limb Fracture

摘　　要：目的探讨琥珀酸亚铁片联合黄脊益肾续骨合剂治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效及对血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)水平的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2023年7月鄂州市鄂钢医院骨科收治的四肢骨折患者128例,按照单双数随机法分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)。对照组给予外固定、内固定、石膏固定等,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服琥珀酸亚铁片和黄脊益肾续骨合剂。比较两组患者临床疗效、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率及血清BGP、OPG水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.31%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间为(8.32±1.65)周,显著短于对照组的(10.45±2.13)周(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血清BGP、OPG水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清BGP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清OPG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁片联合黄脊益肾续骨合剂治疗四肢骨折,可以提高临床疗效,缩短骨折愈合时间,降低并发症发生率,同时可以促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收,调节血清BGP、OPG水平,有利于骨折愈合和骨质重建。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ferrous succinate tablets combined with Huangjiyishenxuigu mixture in the treatment of limb fracture and the effects on serum osteocalcin(BGP)and osteopagin(OPG)levels.Methods A total of 128 patients with limb fracture admitted to Ezhou Egang Hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64)according to odd-even randomization method.The control group was given external fixation,internal fixation,gypsum fixation,etc.The observation group was combined with oral administration of ferrous succinate tablets and Huangzhiyishenxugu mixture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,fracture healing time,complication rate and serum BGP and OPG levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.31%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of observation group was(8.32±1.65)weeks,which was significantly shorter than that of control group(10.45±2.13)weeks(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum BGP and OPG levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum BGP level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the serum OPG level was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ferrous succinate tablets combined with Huangjiyishenxugu mixture can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the healing time of fracture,reduce the incidence of complications,promote bone formation,inhibit bone resorbtion,regulate serum BGP and OPG levels,and facilitate fracture healing and bone reconstruction.
