中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月西苑医院济宁医院(济宁市中医院)收治的小儿肺炎患儿86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组患儿选取西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、症状好转时间、治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽好转时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论选取西药联合中药穴位贴敷对小儿肺炎患儿进行治疗,能够有效减轻炎症反应,缓解疾病症状,提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine in treating pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia admitted to Jining Hospital of Xiyuan Hospital(Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of control group.The white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,symptom improvement time,treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the leukocyte count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of cough improvement,fever remission and lung rales disappearance in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Western medicine and Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of children with pneumonia can effectively reduce inflammation,relieve disease symptoms and improve the treatment efficiency.
