摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用情况。方法利用美康合理用药系统,收集陇南市第一人民医院2021年使用过碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的175例住院患者病历资料。统计患者性别、年龄、科室,感染部位和病情转归,送检与病原菌检出情况,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用强度、消耗量、用药疗程等,不合理用药与越级用药情况。结果175例碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用患者中,革兰阴性菌所致呼吸系统感染及多系统感染的老年患者为主要使用人群。2021年医院共收治患者31377例,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用率为0.56%,使用强度0.24 DDDs,平均疗程为6.74 d,不合理用药占32.00%。结论碳青霉烯类抗菌药物在严重感染患者的治疗中使用广泛,尤其是呼吸系统重症感染,不合理用药问题突出,应予以重视。Objective To explore the use of carbapenems antibiotics in hospitalized patients.Methods Using Meikang rational drug use system,the medical records of 175 inpatients who had used carbapenem antibiotics in Longnan First People's Hospital in 2021 were collected.The gender,age,department,infection site and disease outcome,the detection of pathogenic bacteria,the use intensity,consumption,treatment course of carbapenem antibacterial drugs,and the situation of irrational and grade-exceeding drug use of patients were analyzed.Results Among 175 patients using carbapenems,the elderly patients with respiratory system infection and multiple system infection caused by gram-negative bacteria were the main users.In 2021,a total of 31377 patients were treated in the hospital,with the utilization rate of carbapenem antibacterial drugs 0.56%,the use intensity 0.24 DDDs,the average course of treatment was 6.74 days,and irrational drug use accounted for 32.00%.Conclusion Carbapenems are widely used in the treatment of patients with severe infections,especially severe respiratory infections,and the problem of irrational use is prominent,which should be paid attention to.
