摘  要:目的探讨不同干燥方法对芍药甘草浸膏的影响。方法以芍药甘草汤指标成分(芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵)及指纹图谱为评价指标,对比烘箱干燥、低温干燥、添加碳酸氢钠后形成泡沫干燥对浸膏干燥时间及成分变化的影响。结果烘箱干燥与真空干燥耗时较长,对成分影响较小,添加碳酸氢钠后形成泡沫干燥对指标成分及指纹图谱有一定影响,但可明显缩短干燥时间。结论泡沫干燥对中药含糖浸膏有一定适用性。Objective To explore the effects of different drying methods on extract of Paeonia and licorice.Methods The indexes(paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin,ammonium glycyrrhizinate)and fingerprint of Shaoyaogao Decoction were used as evaluation indexes to compare the effects of drying in oven,drying at low temperature and foam drying after adding sodium bicarbonate on the drying time and composition of extractum.Results Oven drying and vacuum drying took a long time and had little effect on the composition.Foam drying after adding sodium bicarbonate had a certain effect on the index composition and fingerprint,but it could shorten the drying time obviously.Conclusion Foam drying is suitable for sugar-containing extract of traditional Chinese medicine,which can be further studied.
