新医改背景下加强公立医院药品进销存精细化管理的意义——以ZY医院为例

摘　　要：药品是医疗服务工作中不可或缺的重要物资,取消药品加成政策后,医院的收入结构发生了重大变化,对药品进行精细化管理具有重要意义。本文阐述了公立医院药品管理现状和存在的问题,提出了强化药品采购预算、加强过程监管、优化工作流程和盘点清查制度等措施,以控制经营管理风险,降低药品成本,从而为公立医院加强药品核算与管理提供新的参考思路。Medicine is an important material in medical service.Drug cancellation policy has caused significant changes in the income structure of hospitals.The fine management of drugs is of great significance for the benefit of management.This paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of drug management in public hospitals,and puts forward measures such as strengthening drug procurement budget,strengthening process supervision,optimizing work flow and inventory system to control operation and management risks and reduce drug costs,so as to provide new reference ideas for strengthening drug accounting and management in public hospitals.
