多元协同视角下流动青少年心理赋能研究

摘  要:目的了解当前流动青少年心理赋能现状,并强调多元主体协同参与促进流动青少年心理健康发展。方法2023年10月~2024年4月期间采用质性研究的方法,以面谈或电访等形式对10位流动青少年进行半结构式访谈,内容涉及他们的城市生活、学习、人际交往等方面。结果流动青少年在城市融入及心理健康发展方面受到多方面因素的影响,包括家庭内部的惯用语言、父母的职业背景;学校的教师支持与同伴关系;社区的配套资源状况;以及社会的制度性障碍等。结论对于流动青少年心理健康发展的关注应从其所拥有的资源出发,推动政府、社区、学校、家庭多方主体形成合力,共同搭建流动青少年赋能平台,以提升流动青少年自信心和抗逆力,充分发挥其潜能,实现心理层面的赋权增能。Objective To understand the current situation of psychological empowerment of migrant adolescents,and to emphasize the collaborative participation of multiple subjects to promote the development of mental health of migrant adolescents.Methods During the period of October 2023~April 2024,a qualitative research method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 10 migrant adolescents in the form of face-to-face interviews or telephone interviews,covering their urban life,learning,interpersonal communication,etc.Results Migrant adolescents were affected by many factors in terms of urban integration and mental health development,including the language within the family and the occupational background of their parents,teacher support and peer relationships in schools;the status of supporting resources in the community;and institutional barriers to society.Conclusion Attention to the mental health development of migrant adolescents should be based on the resources they have,and promote the joint efforts of the government,community,school,and family to jointly build an empowerment platform for migrant adolescents,so as to improve the self-confidence and resilience of migrant adolescents,give full play to their potential,and realize psychological empowerment.
