开放性骨折患者疾病接受度的潜在类别分析及影响因素

摘　　要：目的通过潜在类别分析对开放性骨折患者疾病接受度进行类别分析,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病接受度量表、领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性问卷对248名开放性骨折患者进行调查。结果开放性骨折患者疾病接受度包括疾病接受度良好组(25.81%)、疾病接受度一般组(30.24%)和疾病接受度障碍组(43.95%)3个潜在类别;Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持和心理弹性均是开放性骨折患者疾病接受度的影响因素。结论开放性骨折患者疾病接受度类别存在异质性,文化程度、家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持和心理弹性均是开放性骨折患者疾病接受度的影响因素。医护人员应根据其影响因素制定个性化的干预方案,以提高开放性骨折患者的疾病接受度。Objective To analyze the disease acceptance of patients with open fracture by potential category analysis,and explore its influencing factors.Methods 248 patients with open fracture were investigated by general data questionnaire,disease acceptance scale,perceptive social support scale and mental resilience questionnaire.Results The disease acceptance of patients with open fracture included three potential categories:good disease acceptance group(25.81%),general disease acceptance group(30.24%)and impaired disease acceptance group(43.95%).Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,family support,friend support,other support and psychological resilience were factors influencing the acceptance of disease in patients with open fracture.Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the categories of disease acceptance in patients with open fracture.Education level,family support,friends support,other support and mental resilience are all influencing factors of disease acceptance in patients with open fracture.Medical staff should make individualized intervention plan according to its influencing factors to improve the disease acceptance of patients with open fracture.
