前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维水平现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维现状水平,分析前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维的影响因素。方法选择2022年1月~2024年8月84名入院诊断前置胎盘行期待治疗患者为研究对象,采用基本信息调查表、反刍思维量表及积极心理资本指数量表对入组前置胎盘期待治疗患者进行问卷调查。Pearson相关性分析、多元线性回归分析用于统计检验。结果初始发放问卷86份,剔除无效问卷2份,获得有效问卷84份,84例前置胎盘期待治疗患者年龄区间20~42岁,平均28.56±4.12岁。量表评分结果显示:前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维得分范围29~78分,总分52.55±12.12分,条目均分2.39±0.57分,积极心理资本得分范围49~167分,总分106.33±25.33分,条目均分4.09±0.98分,反刍思维得分与积极心理资本得分存在显著负相关(r=-0.535,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示:年龄、积极心理资本得分、学历水平、病程时长、自理能力成为前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维得分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘期待治疗患者反刍思维状况处于中等水平。鼓励临床工作人员针对前置胎盘期待治疗患者进行反刍思维水平的评估和干预,针对反刍思维水平较高的患者及时给予心理疏导,并利用积极心理资本得分的相关关系,尽可能维持前置胎盘期待治疗患者的身心健康。Objective To explore the current level of ruminative thinking in patients with placenta praevia expectant treatment,and to analyze the influencing factors of ruminative thinking in patients with placenta praevia expectant treatment.Methods A total of 84 patients with placenta previa expectant treatment admitted to hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects.Basic information questionnaire,rumination thinking scale and positive psychological capital index scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the patients with placenta previa expectant treatment.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used for statistical testing.Results A total of 86questionnaires were initially distributed,and 84 valid questionnaires were obtained after 2 invalid questionnaires were excluded.The age range of 84patients with placenta previa expectant treatment was 20~42 years old,with an average age of 28.56±4.12 years old.The scale scoring results show:the scores of ruminative thinking in patients with placenta previa expectant treatment ranged from 29 to 78,with a total score of 52.55±12.12 and an average score of 2.39±0.57;the scores of positive psychological capital ranged from 49 to 167,with a total score of 106.33±25.33 and an average score of 4.09±0.98.There was a significant negative correlation between ruminative thinking score and positive psychological capital score(r=-0.535,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,positive psychological capital score,educational level,duration of disease and self-care ability were the influencing factors of ruminative thinking score of placenta previa expectant treatment patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The ruminative thinking status of patients with placenta praevia expectant treatment was at an intermediate level.Clinical staff are encouraged to assess and intervene in the level of rumination thinking for patients with placenta previa expectant treatment,to provide timely psychological
