摘 要:目的本研究旨在探讨大学生考试焦虑与应对方式之间的关系。方法本研究选取新疆某大学在校大学生共253位,采用应付方式问卷和考试焦虑问卷,通过问卷调查法调查分析了大学生应对方式与考试焦虑的关系。结果应对方式中自责与退避与考试焦虑呈显著正相关(P<0.01),解决问题的应对方式与考试焦虑呈显著负相关(P<0.01),自责维度能够显著预测考试焦虑的60.00%的变异,解决问题维度能够显著预测考试焦虑得分的13.90%的变异。结论应对方式中自责与解决问题维度可以显著地预测考试焦虑。Objective This study aims to explore the relationship between test anxiety and coping styles of college students.Methods In this study,253 students from a university in Xinjiang were selected.The relationship between college students'coping style and test anxiety was investigated by means of the coping style questionnaire and the test anxiety questionnaire.Results Self-blame and withdrawal were positively correlated with test anxiety(P<0.01),problem-solving coping style was negatively correlated with test anxiety(P<0.01).Self-blame dimension could significantly predict 60.00%variation of test anxiety,and problem-solving dimension could significantly predict 13.90%variation of test anxiety score.Conclusion Self-blame and problem solving can significantly predict test anxiety.
