合理情绪疗法对康复期精神分裂症患者的应用效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的评估合理情绪疗法在康复期精神分裂症(SCH)患者中的应用效果及满意度。方法选择2020年3月~2024年3月期间入院治疗的104例SCH康复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为两组,观察组(52例)实施合理情绪疗法,常规组(52例)实施常规护理。对比两组患者的疾病症状、认知功能、行为障碍、康复水平评分,并记录两组的护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的疾病症状评分、认知功能评分、行为障碍评分、康复水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组的疾病症状评分低于常规组,认知功能评分低于常规组,行为障碍的积极因素评分高于常规组,消极因素评分低于常规组,康复水平评分优于常规组,差异均显著(P<0.001)。观察组的护理满意度(98.08%)高于常规组(86.54%)(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法能够改善SCH康复期患者的疾病症状,提升其认知功能与康复水平,减轻其行为障碍,且能获得较高的护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of rational emotion therapy on patients with schizophrenia(SCH)in the rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 104 SCH rehabilitation patients admitted for treatment between March 2020 and March 2024 were selected,with random number table averaging.The observation group consisted of 52 patients who received appropriate emotional therapy;52 cases were selected for the routine group and received routine nursing care.Compare the scores of disease symptoms,cognitive function,behavioral disorders,and rehabilitation level,and record the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the disease symptom score,cognitive function score,behavioral disorder score,and rehabilitation level score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the disease symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the cognitive function score was lower than that of the control group,the positive factor score of behavioral disorders was higher than that of the control group,the negative factor score was lower than that of the control group,and the rehabilitation level score was better than that of the control group.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(98.08%)was higher than that of the control group(86.54%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable emotional therapy can improve the disease symptoms of SCH rehabilitation patients,enhance their cognitive function and rehabilitation level,alleviate their behavioral disorders,and achieve high nursing satisfaction.
