支持性心理治疗在慢性精神分裂症康复治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的针对慢性精神分裂症患者展开支持性心理治疗,观察应用效果。方法研究为前瞻性研究,于2023年1月~2024年1月选取武汉市汉口医院收治的60例慢性精神分裂症患者,采取随机数字表法分组。对照组(n=30)给予常规康复治疗,观察组(n=30)在对照组治疗基础上给予支持性心理治疗。对比两组生理职能与情感职能、社会功能、精神症状改善情况、治疗满意度。计数资料以x2检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果治疗后,观察组生理职能评分、情感职能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组精神症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度96.67%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症患者采用支持性心理治疗,可提高患者的生理职能、情感职能及社会功能,改善病情,患者满意度高。Objective To develop supportive psychotherapy for patients with chronic schizophrenia and observe its effectiveness.Methods A prospective study was conducted from January 2023 to January 2024.60 patients with chronic schizophrenia were selected from Hankou Hospital in Wuhan and grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=30)received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group(n=30)received supportive psychological therapy on the basis of the control group treatment.Compare the physiological and emotional functions,social functions,improvement of mental symptoms,and treatment satisfaction between two groups.Count data is tested by x~2,and normal measurement data is tested by t-test.Results After treatment,the physiological and emotional function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores of mental symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group,which was 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Supportive psychotherapy for patients with chronic schizophrenia can improve their physiological,emotional,and social functions,improve their condition,and increase patient satisfaction.
