心理弹性支持联合认知护理对精神分裂症患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析心理弹性支持联合认知护理应用于精神分裂症患者中的效果。方法随机将2023年1月~2023年12月本院收治的300例精神分裂症患者分为两组,每组均为150例,对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理与心理弹性支持联合认知护理,对比两组干预效果。结果观察组干预后简明精神病量表(BPRS)得分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、消极应对低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后积极应对、心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性支持联合认知护理对精神分裂症患者的心理状态和睡眠质量有积极影响,为临床护理实践提供了新的思路和方法。Objective To analyze the effect of resilience support combined with cognitive nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 300 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups,150 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and resilience support combined with cognitive nursing,respectively,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and negative coping in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and positive coping and resilience scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological resilience support and cognitive nursing has a positive impact on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia,providing new ideas and methods for clinical nursing practice.
