摘 要:目的探究高频经颅磁刺激对阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为症状的影响。方法选择2023年1月~2024年6月江苏省扬州五台山医院收治的阿尔茨海默病患者120例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组予以5 Hz经颅磁刺激,观察组予以10 Hz经颅磁刺激。对比两组认知功能、生活能力、临床疗效、精神症状等指标。正态计量资料以t检验,计数资料以x2检验。结果治疗后,观察组蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)得分较高,阿尔茨海默病行为病理(BEHAVE-AD)、阿尔茨海默病认知评估量表(ADAS-Cog)得分较低(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、神经精神量表(NPI)得分较低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率较高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针对阿尔茨海默病患者予以不同频次的经颅磁刺激,10 Hz的高频经颅磁刺激能提高临床疗效,改善认知功能、生活能力、精神症状,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on behavioral and psychological symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Yangzhou Wutaishan Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received 5 Hz transcranial magnetic stimulation,while the observation group received 10 Hz transcranial magnetic stimulation.The cognitive function,life ability clinical efficacy and mental symptoms were compared between the two groups.T test was used for normal measurement data,and x~2 test was used for count data.Results After treatment,the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)were higher in the observation group,while the scores of behavioral pathology of Alzheimer's disease(BEHAVE-AD)and Alzheimer disease assessment scalecognitive portion(ADAS-Cog)were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of activity of daily living scale(ADL)and neuropsychiatric inventory(NPI)in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with Alzheimer's disease,different frequencies of transcranial magnetic stimulation,10 Hz high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve clinical efficacy,cognitive function,life ability and mental symptoms,and is safe.
