摘　　要：目的旨在探讨基于人-环境-作业(PEO)模式的健康教育联合心理引导对癫痫患者心理状态、治疗依从性以及生活质量的影响。方法以2022年6月~2023年5月为时间节点,纳入盐城市第四人民医院收治的62例癫痫患者,将其随机等比分为两组,对照组行常规健康教育,研究组开展基于PEO模式的健康教育与心理引导,对比两组心理状态、治疗依从性及生活质量。结果干预后,研究组HAMA、HAMD-24量表评分均低于对照组;治疗依从率(96.77%)高于对照组(77.42%);QOLIE量表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PEO模式的健康教育联合心理引导可有效改善癫痫患者心理状态,提高治疗依从性与生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of health education combined with psychological guidance based on person-environment-occupation(PEO)model on the psychological status,treatment compliance,and quality of life of epilepsy patients.Methods A total of 62 epilepsy patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Yancheng City from June 2022 to May 2023 were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received health education and psychological guidance based on the PEO model.The psychological status,treatment compliance,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD-24scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the treatment compliance rate(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(77.42%);the scores of all dimensions and total scores of QOLIE scale were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with psychological guidance based on PEO model can effectively improve the psychological state of epilepsy patients,enhance treatment compliance and quality of life.
