理性情绪疗法在子宫内膜癌患者心理护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨理性情绪疗法(REBT)在子宫内膜癌(EC)患者心理护理中的应用效果。方法94例研究对象均为2023年6月~2024年5月曹县人民医院收治的EC患者,以随机数字表法予以分组,每组各47例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上以REBT理论为框架对患者进行心理护理。比较两组心理痛苦温度计(DT)、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoPQ-SF)、应付方式问卷(CSQ)评分。正态计量资料采用t检验。结果两组干预前DT、CPSS、FoP-Q-SF、GSES评分对比并无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组各项指标相比,研究组DT、CPSS、FoP-Q-SF评分更低(P<0.05),CSQ消极应对评分更低,积极应对评分更高(P<0.05)。结论REBT能够缓解EC患者的心理痛苦与感知压力水平,降低疾病复发恐惧感,并建立起积极的疾病应对方式。Objective To explore the application effect of rational emotion therapy(REBT)in psychological care of patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods The study subjects were all 94 EC patients admitted to Cao County People's Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024.Randomly divide into groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group provided psychological care to patients based on the REBT theory framework on the basis of the control group.Compare the scores of distress thermometer(DT),Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS),fear of progression questionnaire short form(FoP-Q-SF),and coping style questionnaire(CSQ)between two groups.Normal metrological data is analyzed using t-test.Results There was no difference in DT,CPSS,FoP-Q-SF,and GSES scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the DT,CPSS,and FoP-Q-SF scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the CSQ positive coping score was higher and the negative coping score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion REBT can effectively reduce the psychological pain level of EC patients,alleviate perceived stress and fear of disease recurrence,and cope with the disease in a positive state.
