摘　　要：目的分析Snyder希望理论联合心理弹性支持干预用于难治性肺结核患者护理中的效果。方法选取2023年3月~2024年4月盐城市第七人民医院收治的难治性肺结核患者100例,以随机数字表法分组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施Snyder希望理论联合心理弹性支持干预。对比两组应对方式、病耻感、希望水平、焦虑情绪、依从性及并发症发生情况。计数资料以x2检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果干预后,观察组面对评分高于对照组,回避及屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项病耻感评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组希望水平高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经Snyder希望理论联合心理弹性支持干预,可促使难治性肺结核患者积极面对疾病,消除其病耻感,改善其焦虑情绪,提高其希望水平,促使其治疗依从性提升,减少并发症发生,对患者预后改善有重要意义。Objective To analyze the effect of Snyder theory and psychological resilience support intervention in the care of patients with refractory tuberculosis.Methods Select 100 cases of refractory tuberculosis patients admitted to Yancheng Seventh People's Hospital from March 2023to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group implemented routine nursing intervention,while observation group implemented Snyder hope theory combined psychological resilience support intervention on this basis.Compare the two groups'coping style,stigma,hope level,anxiety,compliance and complications.The count data were analyzed by x~2 test,and the normal measurement data were analyzed by t test.Results After the intervention,The observation group had higher face score than the control group,the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The stigma scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hope level of the observation group was higher,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Snyder hope theory and psychological resilience support intervention effectively promotes refractory tuberculosis patients to actively face the disease,eliminate their stigma,improve their anxiety,improve their hope level,promote their treatment compliance,effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
