心理弹性训练及音乐护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者的情绪影响

摘　　要：目的探析子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中,实施心理弹性训练联合音乐护理的临床价值。方法选取60例子宫肌瘤手术患者为对象,均于2022年1月~2024年3月在本院进行手术,摸球法分为两组,每组30例。对照组实施音乐护理,观察组实施心理弹性训练联合音乐护理,比较两组的负面情绪、心理弹性水平、自护能力与满意度。结果两组HAMA、HAMD评分对比,护理前组间差异甚微(P>0.05),护理后观察组评分更低(P<0.05);两组CD-RISC、ESCA评分比较,护理前差异小(P>0.05),护理后观察组评分更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组满意率更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤手术患者接受音乐护理联合心理弹性训练,能有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升心理弹性水平,提高自护能力,为患者提供良好的护理服务。Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing psychological resilience training combined with music nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery were selected as the subjects,all of whom underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024.They were divided into two groups using the ball touch method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received music nursing,while the observation group received psychological resilience training combined with music nursing.The negative emotions,psychological resilience level,self-care ability,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups showed little difference before nursing(P>0.05),and the observation group had lower scores after nursing(P<0.05).The comparison of CD-RISC and ESCA scores between the two groups showed little difference before nursing(P>0.05),while the observation group had a higher score after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery who receive music nursing combined with psychological resilience training can effectively improve their negative emotions,enhance their psychological resilience level,improve their self-care ability,and provide good nursing services for patients.
