疾病预防控制中心员工心理健康现状调查及心理服务需求分析

摘　　要：目的研究全面评估疾病预防控制中心(CDC)员工的心理健康现状,明确其对于心理健康服务的具体需求,并探索适合该群体特点的科学心理健康服务策略。方法采用针对性设计的心理健康状况评估量表与心理健康服务需求调查问卷,对来自某县的120名在岗员工进行了系统性的测评与数据分析。结果心理健康状况调查结果显示,高达95.83%的参与员工被判定为心理健康状态良好,未发现显著的心理问题。但有60.00%的员工表达了对单位内部心理咨询服务的需求,关于咨询需求的具体内容,48.33%的员工聚焦于工作与情绪管理问题,29.17%则面临人际关系的困惑,不同年龄与学历的员工在咨询需求焦点上也存在差异。结论CDC员工的整体心理健康水平较高,但仍存在对专业心理健康服务的需求。性别、年龄等因素对员工的心理健康服务态度、顾虑及具体需求产生显著影响。因此CDC在构建心理健康服务体系时,需充分考虑员工群体的多样性,制定个性化、差异化的服务策略。Objective To comprehensively assess the mental health status of employees at the Disease Control and Prevention Center(CDC),identify their specific needs for mental health services,and explore tailored strategies.Methods A tailored mental health assessment scale and a service needs questionnaire were used to evaluate 120 on-duty employees.Results 95.83%of participants had good mental health,yet 60.00%expressed a need for in-house counseling.Specifically,48.33%focused on work and emotion management,while 29.17%faced interpersonal challenges.Needs varied by age and education.Conclusion Despite high overall mental health,CDC employees still require professional services.Gender,age,and other factors significantly influence attitudes and needs.Thus,CDC must consider diversity and develop personalized service strategies.
