摘　　要：目的研究桂林市暗娼在不同档次娱乐场所分布情况的影响因素,为向暗娼人群提供有针对性的干预提供依据。方法通过现况调查,对桂林市不同城区2022年4—6月暗娼人群资料进行统计学分析,采用占比对分类变量进行描述、χ^(2)检验进行组间比较,用最优尺度回归分析分析不同档次娱乐场所暗娼分布影响因素并建立回归方程。结果共调查暗娼400人,结果显示,不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和城区暗娼来源分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=75.858、70.006、33.092、86.858,P<0.05),不同民族和户籍地暗娼来源分布差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.401、0.111,P>0.05)。经最优尺度回归分析筛选出有意义的自变量建立回归模型(F=20.640,P<0.05),调整拟合优度/决定系数(R^(2))=0.351,显示桂林市暗娼人群选择不同档次娱乐场所影响因素较多,城区经济状况影响最大且呈正相关(重要性系数=0.399,P<0.05);其次为年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和民族(重要性系数=0.296、0.184、0.095、0.025,P<0.05)。结论对暗娼人群进行干预时应考虑城区经济状况、文化程度、婚姻和民族等因素的影响。Objective To research the factors influencing the distribution of unlicensed prostitutes across various levels of entertainment venues in Guilin City,providing a basis for targeted interventions for this population.Methods An on-site investigation was conducted,and data on unlicensed prostitutes population from different urban districts of Guilin City from April to June 2022 were statistically analyzed.Categorical variables were described using proportions,and group comparisons were made using the Chi-square test.Optimal scale regression analysis was employed to analyze influencing factors affecting the distribution of unlicensed prostitutes in different levels of entertainment venues,and a regression equation was established.Results A total of 400 unlicensed prostitutes were surveyed.The findings indicated statistically significant differences in their distribution by age,marital status,education level,and urban district(χ^(2)=75.858,70.006,33.092,86.858,P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were found in the distribution of sources of unlicensed prostitutes by ethnicity and place of household registration(χ^(2)=3.401,0.111,P>0.05).After optimal scale regression analysis,meaningful independent variables were selected to establish a regression model(F=20.640,P<0.05).The adjusted goodness of fit/coefficient of determination(R^(2))=0.351,suggesting that multiple factors influence the choice of entertainment venues by unlicensed prostitutes population in Guilin City,and the economic status of the urban district have the greatest impact and are positively correlated(importance coefficient=0.399,P<0.05).Other influential factors included age,marital status,education level,and ethnicity(importance coefficient=0.296,0.184,0.095,0.025,P<0.05).Conclusion Interventions for unlicensed prostitutes should consider the impact of economic status of urban districts,education level,marital status,and ethnicity.
