摘 要:目的建立一种简便、准确、高灵敏度的高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)-双检测器法测定环境空气细颗粒物(particulate matter 2.5,PM2.5)中多环芳烃(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)的检测方法,为研究空气污染物对人体健康影响因素的监测提供依据。方法取西宁市区2023年1月空气滤膜样本,用滤膜切割器切为两半,然后取其中一半滤膜,向内对折,用聚乙烯剪刀剪碎后置于圆底比色管中,加入4.5ml乙腈和500μl的内标校正溶液1-氟萘,0℃冰水浴超声40min,提取液用0.45μm的针式过滤器过滤后,用高效液相色谱法,采用二极管阵列检测器和荧光检测器串联,测定过滤液中的16种PAHs(萘、苊烯、苊、芴、菲、蒽、荧蒽、芘、䓛、苯并[a]蒽、苯并[b]荧蒽、苯并[k]荧蒽、苯并[a]芘、茚并[1,2,3-c,d]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽、苯并[g,h,i]苝)多环芳烃。结果16种多环芳烃在40min内达到基线分离,加标回收率为86.42%~113.00%,各组分的相对标准偏差和方法的检出限分别在0.76%~6.53%和0.04~0.14ng/m3,相关系数均大于0.9997。结论该方法灵敏度高,加标回收率好,适用于细颗粒物中16种多环芳烃的检测,对监测空气污染对于人体健康的影响具有十分重要的意义。Objective To establish a simple,accurate and highly sensitive method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in ambient air particulate matter 2.5(PM_(2.5))by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-double detector method,and to provide a basis for the study of the monitoring of air pollutants on the factors affecting human health.Methods In January 2023,a sample of filter film of air for January from the urban area of Xining City was taken and cut into halves with a filter membrane cutter.Then one half of the filter membrane was taken,folded inward,cut into pieces with polyethylene scissors and placed in a round-bottomed colorimetric tube.After the addition of 4.5ml of acetonitrile and 500μl of the internal standard correction solution 1-fluoronaphthalene and sonication for 40 min in an ice water bath at 0°C,the extract was filtered with a 0.45μm needle filter and the 16 kinds of PAHs(naphthalene,acenaphthene,acenaphthene,fluorene,phenanthrene,anthracene,fluoranthene,pyrene,chrysene,benzo[a]anthracene,benzo[b]fluoranthene,benzo[k]fluoranthene,benzo[a]pyrene,indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene,benzo[a,h]anthracene,benzo[g,h,i]perylene)were determined by HPLC using a diode array detector in series with a fluorescence detector in the filtrate.Results The 16 kinds of PAHs were separated at baseline within 40 min.The spiked recoveries were in the range of 86.42%-113.00%.The relative standard deviation of the components and the detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.76%-6.53%and 0.04-0.14ng/m~3,respectively,and the correlation coefficients were all higher than 0.9997.Conclusion The method has high sensitivity and good spiked recovery rate,and is suitable for the detection of 16 kinds of PAHs in PM_(2.5),which is of great significance for monitoring the effects of air pollution on human health.
