安徽阜南台家寺遗址农业生产的初步分析

摘　　要：通过对台家寺遗址浮选和植硅体样品的分析,获取了该遗址较为丰富的商代和周代以及少量龙山文化时期的植物遗存信息。量化分析结果显示,台家寺遗址农作物所占比例高于非农作物,表明农业生产在聚落中占据更重要的地位,同时聚落先民也充分利用聚落周围的野生植物资源。台家寺遗址的农业经济仍是一种稻-粟兼作的农业模式,龙山文化时期,以水稻为主;商代时,形成以水稻为主,粟为辅,少量黍和小麦的稻-粟兼作的农业模式;周代时,粟的出土数量增加,成为最主要的农作物,形成以粟为主,稻为辅,少量黍和小麦的稻-粟兼作的农业模式。农作物主要采用从茎秆中部以上进行收割,包括了掐穗的收割方式。先民是存在对农作物的加工行为的,且遗址中的农作物加工活动处于加工的后期阶段。By analyzing the plant remains of Taijiasi site,we have obtained abundant carbonized plant remains of Shang and Zhou dynasty and a small amount of plant remains of Longshan period.The quantitative analysis results show that the proportion of crops in Taijiasi site is higher than that of non-agricultural crops,indicating that agricultural production occupies a more important position in the settlement,and the ancestors of the settlement also make full use of the wild plant resources around the settlement.The agricultural economy of Taijiasi site is still a mixed farming of rice and millet.During the Longshan period,rice was the main agricultural model.In the Shang Dynasty,a mixed farming of rice and millet was formed,with rice as the main,foxtail millet as the auxiliary,and a small amount of common millet and wheat.In the Zhou Dynasty,the number of foxtail millet increased and became the most important crop,forming a rice-drought agricultural model with millet as the main,rice as the supplement,a small amount of common millet and wheat.Crops are mainly harvested from above the middle of the stem,including by pinching the ears.The ancient people had the processing behavior of crops,and the processing activity of crops in the site was in the later stage of processing.
