“五星出东方利中国”锦的动物图案

摘　　要：“五星出东方利中国”锦是以星占用辞作织锦吉利语,再配以天宫为背景。本文认为织锦上的动物纹中,麒麟代表玄武,鸵鸟(大鸟)的形象表示朱鸟(朱雀),头上有冠之鸟为观风鸟,代表风伯,即“龙尾”箕星,寓指东方苍龙。它们与白虎共同构成天宫的四象体系,从而使得该织锦真正构成一个独立的、完整的物件。The"Five Stars Rising from the East to Benefi t China"brocade is a form of auspicious language created through the use of star occupying language,accompanied by a heavenly palace as the background.This article believes that in the animal patterns on the tapestry,the unicorn represents the basalt,the ostrich(big bird)represents the vermilion bird(Zhuque),and the bird with a crown on its head represents the Guanfengniao bird,representing the Fengbo,namely the Longwei(dragon tail)and the constellation Jixing,symbolizing the Eastern Canglong.Together with the White Tiger animal pattern,they form the Sixiang System of the Heavenly Palace,making the tapestry truly an independent and complete object.
