心脏彩色多普勒超声应用于慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析心脏彩色多普勒超声应用于慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法选择2021年5月至2023年5月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者24例,设为观察组,选择同期我院健康体检者24例,设为对照组,对所有研究人员均实施心脏彩色多普勒超声检查。分析心脏彩色多普勒超声检查应用于慢性心力衰竭中诊断价值,比较两组人员的心功能指标水平,并对观察组进行分析,分析不同心功能等级的心功能指标水平。结果以临床综合诊断结果作为金标准,彩色多普勒超声诊断敏感度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为91.67%(22/24)、100.00%(24/24)、95.83%(46/48)、100.00%(22/22)、92.31%(24/26);对照组左房内径(LAD)、舒张早期的充盈速度最大值(E)/舒张晚期的充盈速度最大值(A)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)均低于观察组患者,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于观察组(P<0.05);心功能等级越低,LVEF越高,LAD、E/A、LVEDd越低(P<0.05)。结论心脏彩色多普勒超声在慢性心力衰竭的诊断中具有重要的临床价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in chronic heart failure.Methods 24 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group,24 patients in our hospital were selected as the control group,and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was performed for all the researchers.Analyze the diagnostic value of cardiac color doppler ultrasound used in chronic heart failure,compare the level of cardiac function indicators of the two groups,and analyze the observation group to analyze the level of cardiac function indicators of different cardiac function grades.Results With comprehensive clinical diagnosis as the gold standard,The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound were 91.67%(22/24),100.00%(24/24),95.83%(46/48),100.00%(22/22)and 92.31%(24/26)respectively.The left atrial diameter(LAD),the maximum filling velocity in early diastolic period(E),the maximum filling velocity in late diastolic period(A)and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)in control group were lower than those in observation group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).The lower the cardiac function grade,the higher the LVEF,the lower the LAD,E/A and LVEDd(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac color doppler ultrasound has important clinical value in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure.
