整体护理在老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者护理中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在发生无痛性心肌缺血的老年冠心病患者中采用整体护理的价值。方法选取我院2022年4月至2023年4月收治的68例老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,利用多阶段抽样法分为两组,每组34例。试验组患者采用整体护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者的临床相关指标、心功能指标及护理满意度。结果试验组Q-T间期长于对照组,P-R间期短于对照组,心肌缺血发作次数及心肌缺血持续时间少于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)及左心室质量指数(LVMI)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者应用整体护理能有效调节心功能,改善心肌缺血,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the value of holistic nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease with painless myocardial ischemia.Methods 68 elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia from April 2022 to April 2023 in our hospital were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups by multi-stage sampling method,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were given holistic nursing care,while patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.The clinical related indexes,cardiac function indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The Q-T interval of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,the P-R interval was shorter than that of the control group,the number of myocardial ischemia attacks and duration were less than those of the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were lower than those of the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively regulate cardiac function,improve myocardial ischemia and improve nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia.
