摘　　要：河套灌区是亚洲最大的一首制自流引水灌区,其历史可上溯至西汉时期,建设周期共分为两个阶段,先后迎来四次复兴,其中尤以新中国成立以后为关键节点,灌溉工程建设取得了显著成就。河套灌区灌溉工程由引水、输水、配水、排水、调蓄、退水等工程构成,发挥着农业供水、生态安全、淋盐洗碱、水质净化、防凌分洪、防洪排涝及城市居民生活供水等功能。在长期利用黄河、造福家园的奋斗历程中,河套人民创造了化河为渠、草闸、导流浮箱、一首制、灌排配套、双总交叉渡槽、现浇钢丝网片混凝土与保温一体化防渗衬砌结构等治水智慧,体现出以科学创新、实干苦干、开放包容、团结互助为内涵的河套人民治水精神。借鉴河套灌区灌溉工程建设发展的历史经验,有助于河套灌区水利事业高质量发展。Hetao irrigation area for Asia's largest one piece system of self-flowing drinking water irrigation,it's history can be traced back to the Western Han Dynasty,the construction cycle is divided into two major phases,has ushered in four reviews,especially after the founding of new China as a key point,the construction of water diversion,water transmission,water distribution,drainage,regulation and storage,water withdrawal and other projects,which play the functions of agricultural water supply,ecological security,salt and alkali leaching,water purification,flood prevention and diversion,flood control and drainage,and urban residents'daily water supply.In the long-term use of the Yellow River,the struggle to benefit their homes,the people of the river-loop created a river for the canal,grass gate,diversion floating box,one piece system,irrigation and drainage matching,double total cross trench,cast wire mesh concrete and thermal insulation integrated seepage control lining technology and other water management wisdom,embodies the spirit of the people of Hetao in water management,which is based on scientific innovation,hard work,openness and inclusiveness,and solidarity and mutual assistance.Drawing on the historical experience of the construction and development of irrigation projects in the Hetao irrigation area will contribute to the high-quality development of the water conservancy cause of Hetao irrigation area.
