摘　　要：北疆文化是对内蒙古地区各族人民在开拓和建设北疆过程中的生计方式、社会组织、物质积累、精神信仰等文化形态的高度凝练。北疆农耕文化包含农业种植生态环境、生产技术和组织、政治环境与生产制度、社群结构和营建机制、宗教信仰和民风习俗等。北疆农耕文化对河套地区人民精神塑造和地域社会制序的形成具有潜在规制作用。农耕文化模式通过人这一中介对社会制序发生作用,最终农耕文化外化为社会规矩和行动约束。在传统和现代两个时期,农耕文化对社会制序的影响分别通过文化“濡化”和“播化”两种形式进行。Chinese northern borderland culture is a highly condensed cultural form of livelihood,social organization,material accumulation,spiritual beliefs,and other aspects of various ethnic groups in Inner Mongolia during the process of exploring and constructing Chinese northern borderland.Chinese northern borderland agricultural culture includes agricultural planting ecological environment,production technology and organization,political environment and production system,community structure and construction mechanism,religious beliefs and folk customs,etc.Chinese northern borderland agricultural culture has a potential regulatory effect on the spiritual shaping of the people in the Hetao region and the formation of regional social institution.The agricultural cultural model exerts its influence on social institution through the intermediary of humans,ultimately externalizing agricultural culture into social rules and behavioral constraints.In both traditional and modern periods,the impact of agricultural culture on social institution is carried out through two forms of cultural assimilation and dissemination.
