共同体视域下筑牢北疆安全稳定屏障的理论与实践

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是深化“两个结合”,特别是“第二个结合”体现了对中华文明发展规律的深刻把握,更是对西方传统共同体理论的全面超越。内蒙古作为祖国的“北大门”和首都的“护城河”,承担着筑牢祖国北疆安全稳定屏障的重大政治责任,这也是习近平总书记交给内蒙古的五大任务之一。习近平总书记在内蒙古考察时首次提出,铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,也是民族地区各项工作的主线。因此,筑牢祖国北疆安全稳定屏障也应以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,维护自治区民族团结、社会和谐、边疆稳固的良好局面,建设更平安、法治、繁荣、和谐的内蒙古,守卫祖国北部边疆安全。Consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation is an original achievement of deepening the two combinations,especially the second combination,which embodies a profound grasp of the law of development of Chinese civilization,and a comprehensive transcendence of the traditional Western theory of community.As the northern gate of the motherland and the moat of the capital,Inner Mongolia bears the great political responsibility of building a solid barrier of security and stability in Chinese northern borderland,which is also one of the five major tasks assigned to Inner Mongolia by XI Jinping.During his visit to Inner Mongolia,XI Jinping proposed for the first time that consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation is the main line of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,as well as the main line of work in ethnic areas.Therefore,the building a solid barrier of security and stability in Chinese northern borderland of the motherland should also be based on the main line of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,safeguarding the good situation of ethnic unity,social harmony,and solidity of the border in the autonomous region,building a more peaceful,rule of law,prosperous,and harmonious Inner Mongolia,and guarding the security of the motherland's northern border.
