摘　　要：河套地区因其特殊的地理位置和自然条件而成为农耕文化与游牧文化交融的区域,是中华民族融合与边疆治理的历史见证。汉置朔方郡、西河郡是古代中国边疆治理的重要体现。西汉元朔二年,汉将军卫青北击匈奴取得河套地区,汉朝遂移民实边,先后设置朔方郡、西河郡等,河套地区自此成为农耕文化与游牧文化交往、交流、交融的重要区域。对于汉代河套地区设制与治理开展研究,有助于我们了解中华民族历史时期的农牧融合与边疆共建的历程,溯源中华民族共同体意识的形成与发展,对于认识中华文明的突出特性有着十分重要的意义。The Hetao region has become an area where agricultural and nomadic cultures blend due to its special geographical location and natural conditions,and it is a historical witness to the integration of the Chinese nation and border governance.The establishment of Shuofang County and Xihe County in the Han Dynasty was an important manifestation of ancient China's border governance.In the second year of the Yuanshuo reign of the Western Han Dynasty(127 BC),the Han general Wei Qing set off to attack the Huns northward and gained control over the Hetao region.As a result,the Han Dynasty immigrated to enrich the border and successively established Shuofang County,Xihe County,etc,making the Hetao region an important area for the interaction,communication,and integration between agricultural and nomadic cultures since then.Studying the establishment of counties and governance in the modern Hetao region during the Han Dynasty is helpful for us to understand the process of agricultural and pastoral integration and border co-construction during the historical period of the Chinese nation,trace the formation and development of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,and have great significance for understanding the outstanding characteristics of Chinese civilization.
