先秦时期的丝绸管理及现代价值探析——从以“丝”为偏旁的汉字说起

摘　　要：在以“丝”字为偏旁的汉字中,“约”“纪”“纲”“统”“维”等字的引申义均带有一定的“管理”之意。通过分析相关的考古发现和文献记载可知,早在先秦特别是周代,与丝绸相关的各种管理工作就具有细致且井然有序的特点,古人在了解与丝绸相关的各项内容之后,结合周礼的要求,创造出与管理相关的汉字当属顺理成章之举。古代丝织品生产为现代管理所提供的借鉴意义主要体现在:丝织品生产中的组织结构和职能分工为现代管理提供了有益的参考,古代丝织品生产中的质量控制方法对现代管理具有启示意义,古代丝织品生产中的文化和管理理念也为现代管理提供了借鉴。Among the Chinese characters with silk as a radical,the derivations of the characters Yue,Ji,Gang,Tong and Wei have a certain meaning of management.By analyzing the relevant archaeological discoveries and historical records,it can be seen that as early as in the pre-Qin period,especially in the Zhou period,all kinds of management work related to silk had the characteristics of meticulousness and orderliness,so it is only natural that the ancestors in this period,after understanding the contents related to silk and combining with the requirements of the Rites of Zhou Dynasty,created the Chinese characters related to management.The significance of ancient silk production for modern management is mainly reflected in the following:the organizational structure and functional division of labor in silk production provide useful references for modern management;the quality control methods in ancient silk production are inspirational for modern management;and the culture and management concepts in ancient silk production also provide references for modern management.
