摘 要:也门胡塞武装对以色列、美国、英国商船的打击引发了红海危机。出于对安全和成本方面的综合考虑,大量油轮选择绕行南非好望角,运输距离大幅增加,全球原油运费上涨,成本抬升,国际原油市场价格和贸易格局改变,对中国进口原油运输稳定性构成较大干扰。分析红海危机对中国进口原油运输的具体影响,从提高国内原油开采力度、拓展海外资源替代选择、完善原油运力配套措施、增加原油储备等方面提出对策建议,为进一步保障中国进口原油运输安全提供助力。The attack by Houthi rebels in Yemen on Israel,US,and UK merchant ships triggered the Red Sea crisis.Out of the consideration of safety and cost,a large number of oil tankers choose to detour the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa,resulting in significant rises in transportation distance,global freight rates,and costs of crude oil,which in turn affect international crude oil market prices and trade patterns.The Red Sea crisis has considerable interference with the transportation stability of China's imported crude oil.The impacts of the Red Sea crisis on China's imported crude oil transportation are analyzed;countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to further guarantee the security of China's imported crude oil transportation,including enhancing domestic crude oil exploration,expanding overseas resources alternatives,perfecting supporting measures for crude oil transportation capacity,and establishing crude oil reserves.
