四座氢内燃飞机螺旋桨振动特性探究

摘  要:某四座氢内燃飞机在设计初期,有三型螺旋桨可供选择,分别是:我国某公司设计制造的ZW-1930、作者团队设计的X-1930和美国某公司制造的W80CM8-4-55G。其中ZW-1930和X1930型螺旋桨由复合材料T700制成,W80CM8-4-55G型螺旋桨桨叶材料为榉木。为了探究这三型螺旋桨的振动特性,利用有限元软件,对三种型号螺旋桨进行模态分析,结果表明:由榉木材料制成的W80CM8-4-55G型螺旋桨各阶固有频率最低,三种型号螺旋桨第一阶固有频率均大于某型飞机发动机转频,不会发生共振现象,因此三种型号螺旋桨均可作为该型氢内燃飞机的动力装置。通过观察三种型号螺旋桨振型图,经总结发现桨叶前两阶振动状态较单一,第三到六阶的振动状态较复杂,随着阶次升高,桨叶本身弯折现象越明显。In order to explore the vibration characteristics of propellers,three types of propellers,ZW-1930,X1930 and W80CM8-4-55G,were selected for four seat hydrogen internal combustion aircraft.ZW-1930 and X1930 propellers are made of composite material T700,and W80CM8-4-55Gpropeller blades are made of beech wood.The modal analysis of three types of propellers is carried out by using finite element software.The results show that the natural frequencies of each order of W80CM8-4-55G propeller made of beech material are the lowest,and the first natural frequencies of the three types of propellers are greater than the engine speed of a certain type of aircraft,so the common vibration phenomenon will not occur.Therefore,the three types of propellers can be used as the power unit of this type of hydrogen internal combustion aircraft.By observing the vibration mode diagrams of three types of propellers,it is found that the first two vibration states of the blades are relatively simple,and the third to sixth vibration states are more complex.With the increase of the order,the bending phenomenon of the blades is more obvious.
