公共领域乘用车换电模式研究——以重庆地区为例

摘　　要：电动汽车换电模式具有补能效率高、电池升级灵活、对电网更加友好等优势,契合了当下新能源汽车发展需求,并受到国家政策的扶持。重庆是工信部确立的11个新能源汽车换电模式应用试点城市,中国石油重庆销售公司积极顺应能源清洁化、低碳化转型发展的趋势,前期通过场地出租的方式在加油站试点开展换电业务,2023年中国石油在重庆与换电行业头部企业成立合资公司,共同投资建设运营公共换电站,按照“站随车走”的原则,主要为网约车和出租车配套提供换电服务,探索研究可持续的商业运营模式。通过对重庆中油奥动新能源科技有限公司换电站运营实践的分析研究,得出换电模式仍然存在诸多制约因素,未来发展存在不确定性的结论,同时为换电企业未来发展提出了建议。The electric vehicle battery swapping mode has the advantages of high energy replenishment efficiency,flexible battery upgrading,and more friendly to the power grid,which meets the current development needs of new energy vehicles and is supported by national policies.Chongqing is one of the 11 pilot cities for the application of new energy vehicle battery swapping mode established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.PetroChina Chongqing Marketing Company actively conforms to the trend of clean energy and low-carbon transformation and development.In the early stage,it piloted battery swapping business at gas stations through site leasing.In the early stage,itThe Company piloted battery swapping business at gas stations through site rental.In 2023,PetroChina established a joint venture with leading companies in the battery swapping industry in Chongqing to jointly invest in the construction and operation of public battery swapping stations.Following the principle of“station following vehicle”,it mainly provides battery swapping services for ride hailing and taxi vehiclestaxi services,and explores and researches sustainable commercial business operation models.This article analyzes and studies the operation practice of Chongqing PetroChina&Aulton New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.’s battery swapping station,and concludes that the battery swap model still has many constraints and uncertainties in future development there are still many restrictive factors in the battery swapping mode and uncertainties in future development.At the same time,suggestions are put forward for the future development of battery swapping enterprises.
