摘 要:在国家“双碳”目标下,能源行业转型发展已成为“必答题”,新能源产业迅猛发展,成品油销售企业已经走在了转型发展的关键期和窗口期。如何依托现有站点开展多方式、多场景布局,加快新能源项目建设,完善加油站补能方式,布局站外“氢非、电非、氢电非”等新模式网络,形成有价值、可推广的“油品、非油品、新能源”协作发展管理模式和运营模式,实现由“油气供应商”向“综合能源服务商”转变,是成品油销售企业转型发展所要面对的重要问题。通过总结自身油气销售网络终端,结合充电业务实践经验,提出成品油销售企业充电网络高质量发展的建议和思路。Under the national“dual carbon”goal,the transformation and development of the global energy industry has become a“requi red answer”.The new energy industry is developing exponentially,and refined oil sales enterprises have gone in the critical period of transformation and development.How to rely on existing sites to carry out multi-mode and multi scenario layout,accelerate the construction of new energy projects,improve the way of replenishment of gas stations,layout new mode networks such as“hydrogen non,electricity non,hydrogen electricity non”outside the station,form valuable and promotable“oil,non oil,new energy”collaborative development management and operation models.To realize the transformation from“oil and gas suppliers”to“comprehensive energy service providers”is an important issue that refined oil sales enterprises need to face in the transformation of new energy.By summarizing their own oil and gas sales network terminals,combined with practical experience in charging business,this paper puts forward suggestions and ideas for high-quality development of charging network of refined oil sales enterprises.
