摘 要:当前,信息技术创新日新月异,以数字化、网络化、智能化为特征的信息化浪潮蓬勃兴起,网络化、信息化与智能化的深度融合推动了生产者与消费者之间的“智能连接”,带来了社会生产方式的转变。在由物联网、大数据、机器人、人工智能等技术所驱动的第四次工业革命迅猛发展的背景下,能源行业正面临着全方位、颠覆性的深刻变革,数字化转型已成为推动能源行业高质量发展的重要引擎。本文探讨了成品油销售企业数字化转型发展路径,分析了价值体系创新重构作为数字化转型的出发点和落脚点的重要性,并提出了新型能力场景建设作为数字化转型的核心路径。At present,the innovation of information technology is changing with each passing day,and the informatization wave characterized by digitalization,networking and intelligence is booming.The deep integration of networking,information and intelligence has promoted the“intelligent connection”between producers and consumers,and brought about the transformation of social production mode.In the context of the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution driven by the internet of things,big data,robots,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the energy industry is facing a comprehensive and subversive profound change,and digital transformation has become an important engine to promote the high-quality development of the energy industry.This paper discusses the development path of digital transformation of refined oil sales enterprises,analyzes the importance of value system innovation and reconstruction as the starting point and destination of digital transformation,and puts forward the construction of new capability scenarios as the core path of digital transformation.
