摘　　要：闭口闪点是柴油重要的安全指标,是指在规定条件下加热柴油至蒸气状态与空气混合物接触发生瞬间闪火时的最低温度。本文旨在探索试验过程中取样量、升温速率、不同转速、储存天数、火苗大小等试验条件对测定结果产生影响的程度,说明必须严格按照试验标准规范操作的重要性,又进行混入少量乙醇汽油或乙醇等人为因素的实验,以数据说明必须规范采样,避免人为因素造成试验结果不合格。本研究对于指导柴油生产、储存、运输及安全使用具有参考价值。The closed flash point is a critical safety parameter for diesel fuel,defined as the lowest temperature at which heating diesel fuel produces a vapor-air mixture that ignites momentarily upon contact with a flame under specified conditions.This study investigates the influence of various test conditions,including sample quantity,heating rate,rotational speed,storage duration,and flame size,on the test results.It underscores the importance of adhering strictly to standardized testing procedures and specifications.Additionally,experiments involving the introduction of small amounts of ethanol gasoline or ethanol are conducted to highlight the necessity of standardized sampling practices.The aim is to minimize human-induced errors that could lead to unqualified test results.This research provides valuable guidance for the production,storage,transportation,and safe use of diesel.
