摘　　要：在成品油油罐建设中,碳钢内浮盘的安装不仅是保障油品得以安全存储的坚实防线,更是减少油品蒸发损耗的核心所在,是油罐建设过程中的关键技术枢纽。随着能源需求的日益增长,探索既高效又安全的施工技术成为行业发展的必然选择。本文的目的是深入探讨中国石油江西销售分公司在宜春油库实施的碳钢浮盘储罐建设项目的施工经历,探讨实现高效施工所运用的关键技术和行之有效的管理策略,以期为同行业施工提供借鉴和参考。In the construction of refined oil tanks,the installation of carbon steel internal floating discs is not only a solid defense line to ensure the safe storage of oil products,but also the core of reducing oil evaporation losses,and is a key technical hub in the process of oil tank construction.With the increasing demand for energy,the exploring of efficient and safe construction technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.The purpose of this article is to deeply discuss the construction experience of carbon steel floating disk storage tank construction project implemented by PetroChina Jiangxi Marketing Company Yichun Oil Depot Project,and explore the key technologies and effective management strategies used to achieve efficient construction,in order to provide reference and guidance for the same industry construction.
