摘 要:随着全球气候变化挑战的加剧和各国对碳减排承诺的逐步兑现,油库作为石油产业链中供应环节的关键一环,油库碳管理已成为石油石化行业绿色转型的重要组成部分,其运营过程中碳排放问题日益受到业内关注。本文旨在通过全面探讨油库碳管理理论基础、现状分析、面临挑战、具体策略以及未来发展前景,为油库碳减排工作提供理论支撑与实践指导。通过深入分析油库碳排放主要来源,提出针对性的碳管理措施,并结合国内外实践案例,为油库碳管理持续优化和升级提供参考。With the escalating challenge of global climate change and the progressive fulfilment of carbon emission reduction pledges by various nations,oil depots,as a crucial link in the supply chain of the petroleum industry,the carbon management of oil depots has emerged as a significant component of the green transformation of the petroleum and petrochemical sector.The carbon emission issue during the operational process has drawn escalating attention from the industry.This paper aims to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for carbon reduction in oil depots by comprehensively discussing the theoretical foundation,current situation analysis,challenges,specific strategies,and future development prospects of carbon management in oil depots.Through in-depth analysis of the main sources of carbon emissions in oil depots,targeted carbon management measures are proposed and combined with domestic and foreign practical cases to provide references for the continuous optimization and upgrading of carbon management in oil depots.
