加油站行车道储罐的现状及操作井隐患治理研究

摘  要:加油站行车道储罐因其位置和储罐风险特性,对其密闭性要求较高,易聚集逸散的油气,储罐因常年埋于地下,受地下水和地下温度差影响导致操作井内潮湿、积水,井内设备设施会受到地下水汽的侵蚀以及电解腐蚀。本文结合加油站行车道储罐所处的特殊环境,运行中存在的问题等,应用TRIZ最终理想解(IFR)方法,提出干燥剂吸附法+日常通风、无动力风机通风法、动力风机通风法,为隐患治理提供参考,以驱散聚集的油气,改善操作井内潮湿环境,解决设备设施锈蚀问题,减少设备设施维修保养频次。Due to its location and the risk characteristics of the storage tank,the carriageway storage tank of the gas station has high requirements for its tightness and is easy to gather oil and gas.Because the storage tank is buried underground all the year round,it is affected by the difference of groundwater and underground temperature,resulting in wet and stagnant water in the operating well,and the equipment and facilities in the well will be eroded by underground water gas and electrolytic corrosion.Based on the special environment of the gas station’s carrieway storage tank and the problems existing in operation,this paper applies the TRIZ final ideal solution(IFR)method to propose desiccant adsorption method+daily ventilation,non-power fan ventilation method and power fan ventilation method to provide reference for hidden danger control,so as to disperse the accumulation of oil and gas,improve the wet environment in the operating well,and solve the problem of equipment and facilities rust.Reduce the maintenance frequency of equipment and facilities.
