基于一体化智能管控环境下加油站油品损耗考核方式的探索

摘　　要：油品损耗问题一直是困扰销售企业经营和发展的重要问题,这个问题如若得不到解决,势必会增加经营成本、降低收益。随着车载液位仪及损耗相关信息化设备的普及和应用,对加油站全过程的油品损耗进行研究,系统梳理加油站计量交接影响因素,以“油在不在罐里”为损耗治理的聚焦点,研究探索“公路运输+零售保管”的综合零售损耗考核模式,以期有效降低加油站油品损耗,推动各管理层级损耗共治的积极性,为更好服务成品油销售企业提质增效整体工作的开展起到借鉴作用。The problem of oil loss has always been an important problem plaguing the operation and development of sales enterprises.If this problem is not solved,it will inevitably increase the operating cost and reduce profits.With the popularization and application of on-board liquid level meter and information equipment related to loss,the research on oil loss in the whole process of gas stations is conducted,and the influencing factors of gas station measurement transfer are systematically sorted out.With“oil in the tank or not”as the focus of loss control,the comprehensive retail loss assessment mode of“road transportation and retail storage”is studied and explored,so as to effectively reduce oil loss in gas stations.Promote the enthusiasm of all management levels of loss co-treatment,and play a reference role in better serving the overall work of refined oil sales enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.
