摘　　要：储罐基础充水预压法是利用储罐充水试压作为荷载对软地基进行预压的一种地基处理方法,特别是在处理大型油罐的地基问题时,这种方法通过在油罐内部充水,迫使土壤中孔隙水逐渐排出,孔隙比降低,地基发生固结形变,同时随着超静水压力逐渐消散,土壤的有效应力增大,地基坚固性逐步增强,可减少或防止地基沉降,这种方法经济上的优越性使得充水预压法成为储罐地基处理的重要手段之一。本文结合工程实例对储罐基础在充水期间沉降变形进行观测,预测沉降发展趋势,通过基础沉降分析、地基土壤固结度分析、地基稳定性分析、基础不均匀沉降调节试验与实施,结合试验阶段及周边环境,对实测资料进行了分析检验。分析结果表明各项指标均符合规范要求,为设计和施工提供了有效的验证和决策依据。The water-filled preloading method of tank foundation is a foundation treatment method that uses the water-filled tank pressure test as a load to preloading soft foundation.Especially when dealing with the foundation of large oil tanks,this method forces the pore water in the soil to gradually discharge,the pore ratio decreases,and the foundation becomes consolidated and deformed.Meanwhile,the excess hydrostatic pressure gradually dissipates.The effective stress of the soil increases,progressively enhancing foundation stability,and minimizing or preventing settlement.The economic superiority of this method makes the waterfilled preloading method become one of the important means of the foundation treatment for storage tank.In this paper,the settlement deformation of storage tank foundation during water filling is observed with engineering examples,and the development trend of settlement is predicted.Through foundation settlement analysis,foundation soil consolidation analysis,foundation stability analysis,foundation uneven settlement adjustment test and implementation,combined with the test stage and the surrounding environment,the measured data are analyzed and verified.The analysis results show that all the indexes meet the regulatory requirements,which provides an effective verification and decision-making basis for design and construction.
