浅析储罐倒装法施工过程中存在的问题及处理措施

摘　　要：随着储罐工程建设的不断加快,储罐施工工艺已经很成熟,各个项目根据设计要求和结合自身特点,采用正装法或倒装法施工。而倒装法施工由于其相对比较安全、平稳、调节方便,在当前中小型储罐安装工程中具有广泛的应用价值。本文以中国石油江西销售公司宜春油库新建工程为实例,简要分析储罐倒装法施工的基本工艺流程,围绕储罐底板焊接变形问题、提升过程中壁板变形问题层面,探讨储罐倒装法施工过程中存在的问题及其相应处理措施。With the continuous acceleration of the construction of storage tank engineering,storage tank construction technology has been very mature.Each project according to the design requirements and combined with their own characteristics,using the forward installation method or upside-down construction.Because of its relatively safe,stable and convenient adjustment,the upside-down method has a wide range of application value in the installation of small and medium-sized storage tanks.Taking the new construction project of Yichun oil Depot of PetroChina Jiangxi Marketing Company as an example,this paper briefly analyzes the basic process flow of storage tank construction,discusses the problems existing in the construction process of storage tank upside-down method and the corresponding treatment measures,focusing on the welding deformation of storage tank bottom plate and the deformation of wall plate during the upside-down construction process.
