摘 要:本文介绍了目前油库储罐自动联锁设置情况,通过油库运行过程中出现的储罐联锁异常动作问题进行全面系统分析,指出联锁异常动作原因主要为联锁设置问题、液位开关及液位仪设备问题;并介绍了两种关键设备的工作原理、常见问题,得出储罐联锁异常动作是由低液位开关误触发可能性最大。基于联锁异常动作原因,提出了摘除低液位开关联锁、液位开关与液位仪联合触发储罐液位联锁、临时取消联锁、联锁逻辑确认、设备维护保养5项措施加强储罐联锁受控运行。This paper introduces the current automatic interlocking setting of oil depot storage tanks,conducts a comprehensive systematic analysis through the abnormal interlocking operation of storage tanks in the operation of oil depots,and points out that the main reasons for abnormal interlocking actions are interlocking setting problems,liquid level switches and liquid level meter equipment problems,and introduces the working principles and common problems of two key equipment.It is concluded that the possibility that the abnormal operation of the storage tank interlock is triggered by the low level switch is the greatest.Based on the reason of abnormal interlocking action,five measures are put forward to strengthen the controlled operation of interlocking storage tank,including removing low level switch interlock,triggering tank level interlock with level switch and level meter,temporarily canceling interlock,confirming interlock logic and maintaining equipment.
