关于成品油销售企业油库发油系统工控安全建设的思考

摘　　要：随着成品油销售企业信息化快速发展,油库信息化和工业化深度融合,物联网也得到了快速发展,油库工控安全形势越来越严峻。本文根据成品油销售企业油库发油系统的网络架构和发油流程,分析了油库工控系统现状及面临的问题,通过对油库发油系统工控安全多角度评估,从油库工控系统资产清单、技术防护、制度建设、配置管理、漏洞管理、备份管理、供应链管理、人员管理8个方面进行思考和探索,旨在建立健全油库发油工业控制系统的安全保障体系,实现对油库工控安全全方位的防护,防范油库工业控制系统性安全风险,为企业的生产经营提供安全稳定运行平台。The integration of information technology and industrial processes in the refined oil sales industry,along with the growth of the Internet of Things,has led to an increasingly critical industrial control security situation in oil depots.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems faced by the industrial control system of oil depots based on the network architecture and oil distribution process of the oil depot oil distribution system of the refined oil sales enterprise.This paper describes an assessment of the security of an oil depot industrial control system from various perspectives,covering eight aspects:asset list,technical protection,system construction,configuration management,vulnerability management,backup management,supply chain management,and personnel management.The goal is to establish and improve the security system of the oil depot industrial control system,prevent systematic security risks,and provide a safe and stable industrial control platform for the production and operation of the enterprise.
