利用Excel实现JJG 266-2018《卧式金属罐容量》容量比较法的罐容表计算

摘　　要：随着加油站油品管理工作不断精细化以及中国石油、中国石化近年来不断推进加油站实现油品地罐交接模式,加油站卧式油罐容积表的准确性越来越重要。2018年版卧式金属罐容量检定规程增加了容量比较法并,将其作为主要容积测量方法。但是根据该规程“附录C:三次均匀B样条插值算法”,在实际操作中,很难做到保证每个检测点之间的液位上升高度完全一致,导致插值结算结果出现偏差,为了尽可能减少误差,需要对该算法进行部分完善。本文主要介绍在Excel表中利用“三弯矩方程”进行三次样条插值计算。With the continuous refinement of oil management in gas stations and the continuous promotion of oil ground tank handover mode by PetroChina and Sinopec in recent years,the accuracy of horizontal tank volume table in gas stations is becoming more important.The capacity comparison method was added as the main volume measurement method in the 2018 edition of the horizontal metal tank capacity verification regulation.However,according to Cubic uniform B-spline Interpolation Algorithm in the specification"Appendix C,it is difficult to ensure that the liquid level rise height between each detection point is completely consistent,resulting in deviation in the interpolation and settlement results in practice.In order to reduce the error as much as possible,the algorithm needs to be partially improved.The paper mainly introduces the use of"three moment equation"in Excel table for cubic spline interpolation calculation.
