摘　　要：政治正义作为政治哲学的关键问题,关乎法与国家形式的合法性,深刻影响着人类社会的发展演进。马克思主义是人类思想史上的壮丽日出,为我们深入理解政治正义提供了全新的视角和科学的方法。本研究剖析政治正义的内涵、价值及当代意义,从价值逻辑揭示其为社会制度首要价值及其理论境遇;从理论逻辑阐述政治正义在哲学的“第四次转向”中的重要意义;从现实逻辑分析作为价值理性的政治正义对社会发展的价值统摄作用。在此基础上,厘清政治正义的三种话语范式:道义说、人性说和制度说的理论证成及其研究局限,探讨构建马克思主义政治正义话语体系面临的政治实证主义和道德虚无主义挑战,提出强国建设、民族复兴新征程上必须坚持人民至上,以促进公平正义、增进人民福祉为国家治理的出发点和落脚点,践行正确义利观,推动全球治理变革,构建人类命运共同体,以更好地推动中国式现代化行稳致远和国家治理现代化。Political justice,as a key issue in political philosophy,concerns the legitimacy of law and forms of state,and profoundly impacts the evolution of human society.Marxism,as a magnificent sunrise in human intellectual history,sets a new perspective and scientific method for a deep understanding of political justice.This study analyzes the connotation,value,and contemporary significance of political justice.It identifies political justice as the primary value of the social system,explains its theoretical significance to the“fourth turn”of philosophy,and defends it as dominant rationality in the realistic development of society.This study further clarifies the argumentation and limitations of three popular paradigms of political justice,reveals the challenges of political positivism and moral nihilism confronting the construction of a Marxist discourse on political justice,and suggests practical approaches for this discourse in the furtherance of Chinese modernization.
