摘　　要：中华文明是中华大地上各族人群共同创造的。基于边疆及各民族视角审视中华文明,能够更加深刻地把握中华文明的基本特征、丰富内涵和时代价值。从中华文明的五个特征来看,边疆区域融入国家疆域,生成了中华文明的存续空间;边疆地区进行开发治理,促进了中华文明创新发展;边疆政权坚持中华认同,推动了中华文明凝聚一体;边疆与中原双向互动,构筑了中华文明的交融格局;边疆地域扼守内外通道,彰显了中华文明的世界意义。“第二个结合”是新时代中华文明的新自觉,它为边疆地区建设中华民族现代文明提供了科学理论指引、明确了基本内涵要求。中国式现代化作为人类文明的一种新形态,成为边疆地区建设中华民族现代文明的路径遵循。Chinese civilization is a collective creation of all ethnic groups across China's territory.Examining Chinese civilization from the perspective of frontier regions and various ethnic groups enables a deeper understanding of its fundamental characteristics,rich connotations,and contemporary value.From the five characteristics of Chinese civilization,frontier regions'integration into national territory generated the space for Chinese civilization's continuity;the development and governance of frontier areas facilitated Chinese civilization's innovative development;frontier authorities'adherence to Chinese identity promoted the cohesion of Chinese civilization;bilateral interactions between frontier and central plains constructed the pattern of cultural integration;and frontier territoriesc'control of internal-external passages demonstrated Chinese civilization's global significance.The"Second Integration"represents a new self-awareness of Chinese civilization in the new era,providing scientific theoretical guidance and defining core requirements for building modern Chinese national civilization in frontier regions.Chinese-style modernization,as a new form of human civilization,has become the pathway for constructing modern Chinese national civilization in frontier regions.
