摘  要:针对水库输水涵洞施工问题,研究设计一种基于顶管施工工艺的技术,在发射坑和接收坑中挖掘独立的集水坑,计算正面的土压力作为正常顶进阶段的基础参数。结果表明,在管道轴线位置偏差分析中,9个测点测得管轴线位置偏差保持在5mm以下;在施工工期分析中,实际施工工期仅为275h。表明研究方法能够有效保证输水涵洞的施工质量,且能加快施工进度。Aiming at the problem of construction of reservoir water delivery culvert,a technology based on pipe jacking construction technology is studied and designed.During the process,separate sump pits are dug in the launching pit and the receiving pit,and the earth pressure on the front is calculated as the basic parameter of the normal jacking stage.The results show that in the analysis of pipeline axis position deviation,the position deviation of pipe axis measured at 9 points is kept below 5mm,and the actual construction period is only 275 hours.It shows that the research method can effectively guarantee the construction quality of the water delivery culvert and speed up the construction progress.
